Gave initial quote of £295 which we accepted but once booked they decided to try & up the price to £530 for no reason, they then cancelled the home visit on the day of inspection & then on the move day they tried saying their services are only for moving out of my current property - not also moving me into my new property. Apparently that's different? I even had email proof of me asking exact timings of the van & men, which was supposedly for the whole duration of the move (but actually only turned out to be the move out of old property). And they wanted to charge me an addition £80 per hour to help me unload into the new property. The actual removal men that arrived were helpful, but clearly had been on the phone complaining to their boss as we had to wait 1hr for the keys for my new property which is normal for house moves. This company is an absolute joke, avoid at all costs. Will never use again & would not recommend to anyone.
